Computer blocks websites after a few seconds?

I am unable to open web sites because this personal security web site keeps popping up. it is telling me there is no virus protection found on my computer. I have norton 360 as well as macafee. it won't even uninstall from the add and remove program. I never loaded it in the first place. ran norton scan and it says everything is fine. don't know what to do now. am not computer literate. need simple advice. hydroxycut reviews
